An article does not have to be wrong to be incomplete.

A writer finds an existing article worth responding to, represents its central argument fairly, and contributes something it did not fully address.

That contribution might identify missing context, challenge an assumption, correct a conceptual error, introduce a counterexample, or explain why apparently good advice does not apply universally.

Addendum does not replace the source. The reader should ideally read both. The original publisher receives clear attribution and a direct link; the Addendum supplies the additional layer of interpretation.

The aim is constructive skepticism: intellectual fairness combined with useful criticism. We criticize arguments, not authors, and we do not manufacture disagreement for attention.

The web already has articles. Addendum publishes the part that comes after them.
